我盼了一个暑假的军训终于开始了!我为什么这样盼望军训呢?因为我们就在校园里军训，这样既不像在军营里军训那么苦，那么累，又起到了锻炼自己的作用，真是太好了!可是刚上午我就不行了。
上午整理完自己的东西，我们初一14个班的全体同学都到操场去听老师讲话。天气可真热呀!虽然已经是秋天，可气温还是那么高，一点也没有降下来的意思。14个班的学生挨挨挤挤地站在一起，我们被挤在中间，一点风都吹不到。刚开始，我还精神饱满地昂首挺胸站立着。过了一会，因为氧气少，我困的直打哈欠，昏昏欲睡地立在那里。又过了一会，我的头昏昏的，眼前花花绿绿的一片，就是看不出人影儿。我使劲儿摇了摇脑袋，晃来晃去的颜色让我感到一阵阵恶心，只想吐。在坚持一下，我对自己说，一边低下头避开刺眼的阳光。可是我越来越感到浑身无力，想吐，我紧紧捂住嘴，生怕坚持不住吐出来。还有几秒钟我就要吐出来了，这时人群散开了，一丝凉风吹过来了，我看见程老师，就急忙过去。老师让我在树荫下歇会儿，还递过来一瓶水让我喝。我缓过劲儿来回到了队伍里，程老师关切地问我是否好些了。老师真是像妈妈一样，在我最无助时给我关怀和帮助。谢谢程老师。

今天上午，我们重点练习的是齐步走。齐步走，多简单呀!我上小学的时候，一到体育课不干别的，先练齐步走。所以，这齐步走对我来说简直是小菜一碟儿。但是刚练了一会，我就不这么想了。这齐步走绝对没我想象的那么容易。
一上来教官就先让我们练习手臂的姿势，左臂在前右臂在后。大家这样一动不动的站了一会，我心想：教官该让我们换手或者休息了吧?可教官没有这样，他一个劲儿的对我们说：“把后臂抬高!站直了，在军姿的基础上做!不要低头!眼睛别乱看!!”然后又开始检查各个横排面的人手臂在没在一个高度，有没有打弯。这时我的胳膊已经又酸又痛了，在教官看别人时，我就偷偷地把胳膊放下一点，休息一下。但是这样就起不到锻炼的作用了，我以后练习时再也不偷懒了，一定要坚持下来。
下午的正步走也是先练姿势后练走，这回觉得手臂的姿势可比上午的轻松多了，举了半天我也没有放下手偷懒。正当我暗暗高兴的时候，教官让我们加上腿的动作再练。这下可累了!大家金鸡独立的站着，两腿绷得直直的，没有一点弯儿，悬空的那条腿还得往上抬高。我一直觉得自己的平衡感不错，可笔直的单腿站立那么长时间，我也是摇摇晃晃、东倒西歪。教官告诉我们，他们都把沙袋绑在腿上练习，我真是惭愧呀!才站了一会就不行了。我一定要向教官学习，严格地要求自己，努力做的更好!

军训已经进行到第三天了，我也开始渐渐适应这严格的军事化训练了。今天的训练没有前两天那么累了，主要还是练齐步走，正步走，跑步走。因为教官说要找时间把我们班的训练成果展示给大家看，所以我们训练的格外认真，卖力，教官更是喊口号喊的嗓子都哑了。
下午的时候，一个教官在我们训练时来挑人，把我叫了出来，让我踢了几个正步，走了几个齐步，就把我挑走了，把我加进了一个新的队伍。这是由各个班挑出来的人组成的队列方阵。我想：既然我被叫了出来，就说明我表现的还不错。但是我不能因此骄傲自满，而是还要再接再厉，继续努力。只有这样才不会给我们班丢脸，才不会辜负老师和教官对我的期望。也只有这样，我才能在军训中磨炼自己的意志，塑造全新自我。
