在区进修学校干训部的组织下，利用一周时间，在线学习了《教师心理讲座》一系列内容，讲座有赵旭东《老师如何进行压力管理和健康维护》、黄晞建《做一名幸福的教师，其实很简单》，通过学习收获颇多: 使我初步了解到目前老师心理健康的状况，教师心理问题产生的原因等，这些问题都是和我们每一位老师切身相关的。同时让我们知道了如何解决这些问题的方式方法,更重要的是也让我知道了做一名幸福的教师，其实很简单。
一、教师要具备健康的心理
1. 要正确地了解自己，确认自我价值，并接受自己。很
多教师由于自我认知偏差，不能正确把握自己，带来诸多心理问题，甚至形成心理疾病。因此，如果一个教师能正确认识自我，接受自我，扬长避短地发展自我、完善自我，就能提高自己的心理成熟度，并体现自身的价值。
2.调节情绪，保持心理平衡。现代心理学心身研究认为，情绪在心理疾病中具有核心作用。积极的情绪对健康有增力作用，而消极的情绪不仅对健康有减力作用，而且导致人的心理障碍。而教师面对繁重的工作，复杂多变的教育对象，迅速变化的世界，难免会带来各种各样的消极情绪反应，如不及时疏导，不仅影响自身，更会投射到学生身上。当教师心怀不良情绪时，可试一试情绪调节法，以保持心理平衡。

3.要时常思考快乐的事情。丝丝缕缕的快乐恐怕不注意，要经常地思考一下，回味一下，会发现真的很有意思。不能除了工作什么都没有，生活中必须要有丰富的文化的元素。一次聚会，一次旅行，一本好书……一次快乐，两次快乐，三次快乐……最终积累了N次的快乐，收获幸福。

这学期我们开始了四年级的英语学习，所用教材是人教精通版。我们要求学生们能够听懂、会说、认读、默写单词，会默写重点句子，课文要完全会背诵和翻译，这一点我们全班大多数同学都做的很好，但我们要注意书写时一定要规范，注意大小学，注意占格，以及标点的运用。在背诵单词时，我们一定要结合方法，符合拼读规律的可以用自然拼读的方法记忆，也要坚持默写单词，不要突击背，养成每天都默单词的习惯，这种好的习惯只要坚持2-3周，就可以慢慢养成。在上课时，我们会做相应的笔记，这些笔记一定要看，一定要消化，笔记都是本课最重要的知识点，在复习时可以帮助学生们理清思路。另外，我们要注意质量监测的错题订正，及时改错，复习时回看错题。学生们也可以在自己的本上整理错题。
此外，我们两课会发词条，词条的正面是基础知识点，背面是练习题，词条内容一定及时复习巩固。另外，为了提升学生们的阅读能力，一个单元我们会进行两次阅读，第一次阅读是有趣的小故事，第二次阅读是和本单元主题相关的小文章。阅读是提升学生们语言能力的材料，想要提升的同学一定要坚持下去。
