大家下午好。本学期我带--班、二班英语， 作为一名青年教师，入教师行业转眼已8年，有这样的成绩主要得益于老教师的真心相助，梁晋梅老师踏实认真负责任，时朝霞老师对学生循循善诱有耐心等等，每位老师都各有所长。是他们兢兢业业的教学态度深深影响着我，让我得以成长和进步。另外我觉得李引兰老师的优秀管理方法和各科任老师的团结协作对我的帮助也很大，是今天成绩获得的主要原因。跟在座的老教师相比，我不敢谈什么经验，就把我平时的一些做法与体会，写出来与大家共勉，有不妥之处，望请各位给予指导和帮助。
一、备课。大家都知道，备好课是上好课的前提。英语知识琐碎繁杂，上课前我总是提前翻阅各种学习资料，对于哪些是重点难点，哪些知识点扩展到什么程度，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数。了解学生基础情况，避免起点太高，学生听不懂，或起点太低，学生感到无聊。
二、上课时关注每个学生，提高课堂凝聚力。 我 讲课时，喜欢教室整整齐齐，对纪律的要求比较严，我尽量用眼光关注到每个学生，并且与学生进行眼神的交流，久而久之，每个学生都会感到老师一直在关注我，从而使他们集中注意力，认真听讲。
三、关于做题讲题方面。本学期时间很紧，任务重，我基本上没时间讲题，上课本都紧张， 我以前是“一张嘴，一支笔，从课首讲到课尾。”的教学模式。经其实新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。现在我正在努力转变思想，让学生通过问同学问老师自己把错题分析写在卷子上，这样记忆深，而且节省时间。
四、背诵任务，英语中很重要的一个任务，我通常按照英语成绩把学生分组。针对不同的小组和学生的基础程度，布置不同的背诵要求初一时曾尝试过课前十分钟背诵、微信语音背诵打卡等等，通过初一的培训，大部分学生已适应背诵的各种要求。第一组同学学习的自觉心很高，平时的背诵都提前于其他学生完成。第二组同学成绩不错，但是在难度大的内容和学习自觉性上有别于一组的同学，所以这一组同学需要老师的督促、指导和适当的批评。他们经常跟一组同学交流，也会耳濡目染。第三组是智力和能力较好，但疏于学习的同学。不管是老师还是学生要经常监督，经常听写，检查读和背诵课文，检查同步等练习和作业。这一组同学需要一定的惩戒，因为他们学习自觉性、主动性和探究性差。第四组是想学但学不好的同学，对这一组同学的主要要求是掌握好基础知识。因为这一组的学习能力要差一点，所以重点应放在背诵基础知识上。五组的同学是基础知识掌握不了的。比如单词不会写不会读，进而导致句子和课文看不懂。所以我对这一组的要求尽量放的很低。
2。及时、适时的进行培优补差。课堂上我尽量让回答的机会留给“中下生”，让“优生”做“小老师”评价“中下生”的回答，把自己好的想法介绍给大家，这样互惠互助，相得益彰。抓好了潜能生，就抓了合格率，通过抓局部来促整体。对于优秀生注意训练其思维的活度、深度、广度，提高他们的解题能力及成绩。对于差生注意消除抵触情绪，培养兴趣，使成绩有所升华。总之，不放弃任何一个学生。
3. 经常查漏补缺，及时抓弱补偏 在提高课堂效率的基础上，还要指导、督促学生搞好课外复习，防止知识的遗忘，温故而知新，布置适量的难度适中的课堂练习和课后练习，并经常进行检查测试，多批多改，及时发现问题，解决问题。其次，要抓弱项。英语听力是英语学习中比较重要的一部分，但是学生觉得自己听力很差，其内容很难听懂，英语听力训练是个日积月累的过程。我们从初一开始，就要有意识地进行听力训练，为中考做准备。针对每一个题型，我们都要授之以法。“书面表达”也是学生和老师比较怵头的一个题型。所以我们平时在书面表达式上要更多地加强练习。首先，要先坚定学生必写的决心。每次写作不能有学生留有空白。无论是哪个层次的学生，写完作文，我都要面批，并且给出成绩，平时练习，我尽量给高分。我还要求学生互相批改，再帮他们分析得高分的作文好在哪里。时间允许，我还通过实物投影让全班同学一起改错，纠正了别人的错误，也提高了自己的水平。 总之，面对基础差、没有良好的学习习惯的学生，我们只有百倍的付出才会略见成效。
五、课后任务的布置。
鉴于英语学习的特殊性，需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，上好每一天的早自习也十分必要。我的早读一般会让课代表提前把任务布置在黑板上，主要是让学生背单词、短语及句型。听写是英语学习的头等大事，一定要提前一天布置。听写成绩的反馈要及时有效，未过关的同学必须及时过关，课间活动时间要利用好，严查学生的背诵，这个环节上我的最大帮手就是课代表们，他们尽职尽责。因此，作为老师有必要培养两个认真负责的课代表，他们也是我们教学和班级自主学习的重要参与者。
六、建立良好师生关系
我非常喜欢苏霍姆林斯基说的一段话：一个好教师“首先意味着他热爱孩子，感到跟孩子交往是一种乐趣，相信每个孩子都能成为一个好人，善于跟他们交朋友，关心孩子的快乐和悲伤，了解孩子的心灵，时刻都不忘记自己也曾经是个孩子。”其实有时我也很困惑，我是真心对学生好可是有时学生真的不领情。人们常说“忠言逆耳利于行，良药苦口利于病”为什么学生就不明白呢?
现在我逐渐明白了，有时候方法比目的更重要，跟学生相处一定要注意方式，虽然严格也是一种爱，但对于现在的孩子来说，除了严格还需要老师俯下身子去倾听孩子的真实感受，要用春风化雨代替简单粗暴，毕竟学生在成长过程中，需要知识，更需要关爱，关爱是一份情感，也是一份责任，作为老师，除了要有精湛的业务、敬业的精神、全面的知识，更重要的是在传道授业解惑时，做到爱生如子。人与人之间的感情是相互的，学生虽小，但他们都有着一颗敏感而真诚的心，只要你真心关爱他们，他们一定会有令你惊喜的回报。“亲其师而信其道”，只有让学生喜欢你，他们才会信任你，向着你引导的方向发展。
教学工作千头万绪，实施起来仁者见仁，智者见智，关键还是要根据学生的特点，教学计划要全面，要有针对性，扎实到位，检查工作要及时，较快地适应教材及学生的变化。不管抓到怎样的一手牌，我们都要尽力把手里的牌打到最好，做个适应发展的教育者。

英语学科课改工作交流材料
转眼之间，我们的课改工作走过了一个学期的历程，“双向五环”教学模式已经在我们的课堂生根发芽，并开出了美丽的花朵。为了推行“双向五环”教学模式，我校采取了一系列的措施并取得了明显的效果，现总结如下：
一、学生管理自主化
为了让学生学会自己管理自己，我校成立了学委会，下设文娱部、礼仪部、 卫生部等部门，他们每天对各班的卫生、课间、课间操、文明礼仪等进行检查和打分。每周一总结，根据得分评选出自主管理优秀班集体。各班成立班委会，小班长从老师对各组的课堂评价和自主管理两大方面进行打分，每天放学前汇总出本班的日冠军小组和组长姓名并交到学委会。学委会周五再汇总出每班的周冠军，在星期一的升旗会上对优秀班集体和各班的周冠军小组的组长进行表扬并颁发奖状，从而极大的鼓舞了学生自主管理的热情和小组长的积极性。
二、教学管理精细化
课改初期，为了保证课改的顺利进行，学校制定了精细化管理的方案，对早读、午读、上课模式、导学案等各方面进行评价，并及时总结和公布结果。有问题和优秀做法及时通过校讯通进行反馈和表扬，调动了老师的课改积极性。为每个班级配备小黑板，每位教师发活页夹，方便老师保存导学案。经过一个学期的努力，现在每位老师都能熟练的运用“双向五环”进行课堂教学，导学案也都有了自己的风格和特色。
三、组长管理责任化
小组是我们高效课堂的重要组成部分，而组长是每个小组的核心人物，组长的能力决定了这个小组的整体表现。为了使每个小组都能均衡发展，老师精心挑选了小组长。经过一个学期的训练和磨合，现在每个组长都能独当一面，各个小组的表现也都是不相上下、精彩纷呈。
四、英语教学教研化
1、课改初期英语教师利用每周三的集体教研时间，精心备出一周的导学案，大家出谋划策、共同探讨，使导学案的编制更加完善。经过一个学期的实验，我们的导学案有了自己的特色，每周三张导学案，前两张是学习新知，第三张是复习提升。从以教师为主的教案变成了以学生为主的导学案，更加体现了以生为本。我们每周三的教研现在是针对每位老师的课进行集体教研，英语老师轮流当主持人，自己先说说上课思路和想法，其他老师进行补充，帮助这位老师能够把课上的更好。
2、每天的前两节课和课间是我们的小教研时间。老师们在前两节课进行二次备课，畅所欲言，同年级的老师说说自己上课的思路和方法，互相学习，交流经验。课后我们积极交流课堂上出现的问题，有不懂的相互请教，及时改变下节课的授课思路和方法，力求使每节课都是高效的课堂。
3、预习也是课改初期英语教学的一大难关，学生预习的不好会给课堂教学造成很大的困扰。为了解决这个问题，经过研讨，我们认为学生必须配备听力资源才能进行预习。通过一个学期的努力，大部分学生都配备了点读笔、学习机等相关的学习资源，保证了预习的效果，提高了课堂的学习效率。对于没有还没有学习工具的学生，我们安排小组内的小老师来帮助他们学习。
五、英语教学特色化
在课改初期由于各个学科都是统一的管理和评价模式，统一的小口令，英语的学科特色不够明显。经过一个学期的集体教研、学习，在教研员和专家的指导帮助下，如今我们的英语课堂都有了自己的特色和风格。我们摆脱了过去的自学、对学、群学这些单调的模式，形成了英语课堂的专用小口令，充分利用多媒体、PTR等资源协助我们的教学，将传统课堂中的游戏、歌曲、韵律诗等充分融入到我们的课堂中，使我们的英语课堂更加生动形象，也极大的提高了学生的学习兴趣和学习热情。
尽管取得了一些成绩，但是我们还存在着一些困惑和问题，在此提出来希望能够得到大家的帮助：
1、由于每节课的时间有限、任务有限，展示时总是难以达到全员参与。学困生的展示机会比较少，参与度低，因为他们害怕出错，所以即使展示他们的任务也都比较简单，对于提高他们的学习没有太大的作用。另外展示使得中等生和优等生的学习能力、口才、心理素质等都得到了提高，但这样也加大了学困生和他们的差距，两级分化有所加重。
2、由于展示的任务总是单词、课文，比较枯燥单一，学生现在对展示的兴趣和积极性有所下降，有些学优生甚至不愿意上台展示，因为他们觉得浪费时间。
3、点评时学生的积极性也有所降低，而且点评总是流于形式，只注重声音、站姿等方面，质疑和补充的声音比较少。主要原因一方面是学生在听展时没有认真倾听，另一方面是听展者本身在进行自学时就存在有问题。学生的注意力也没有集中在知识的掌握方面，而是对评价的分数过于关注。
