个人总结
2018年是不平凡的一年，正值改革开放40周年，回顾一年来的工作，感受很多，收获很多，这其中包涵了各级领导的培养、教育，同事们的帮助、关心、支持和配合。现将这一年的工作总结如下：
一、 不断学习，解放思想，不忘初心
通过每个月的党员活动日及平时的不断学习，在思想上坚定维护以习近平同志为核心的党中央权威，加强理论学习，提高政治站位，强化学习本领，踏实肯干，深入学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，从中汲取丰富营养，转化到工作中，全心全意为人民谋幸福。
二、 工作上端正态度，培养团队意识
态度决定一切，不能用正确的态度对待工作，就不能在工作中尽职尽责，只有热爱本职工作，才能把工作做好，最重要的是保持一种积极的态度，本着对工作积极、认真、负责的态度，踏实做好各项工作；在工作中，每个人都有自己的长处和优点，培养自己的团队意识和合作态度，互相协作，互补不足，工作才能更顺利的进行。
三、 存在的不足
1. 强化自制力，无论做什么事，都要对工作负责，加强自我克制和容忍。加强团队意识，理智的处理问题，培养大局意识。
2. 加强沟通，同事之间要坦诚、宽容、沟通和信任，有效的沟通可以消除误会，增进了解融洽关系，保证工作质量，提高工作效率，工作中有些问题往往就是因为没有及时沟通引起的，以后工作中要与领导同事加强沟通。
3. 加强自身学习，提高自身素质，积累工作经验，改进工作方法，向周围同志学习，注重别人优点，学习他们处理问题的方法，查找不足，提高自己。
最后还是感谢，感谢领导和同事的支持和帮助，我深知自己还存在很大缺点和不足，工作方式不够成熟，业务知识不够全面等等，在今后的工作中，我要积累经验教训，努力克服缺点，在工作中磨炼自己，尽职尽责的做好各项工作。
