船员培训中心主任述职报告
院领导、各位同仁：大家好！
我是船员培训中心主任***，首先我代表船员培训中心对院领导、各系部及各培训单位一年来对船员培训中心各项工作的支持和帮助表示感谢！
2017年船员培训中心在学院领导下，在各系部的大力支持下，按照大连航运职业技术学院船员培训质量体系开展船员相关培训，较好地完成了2017年的各项工作任务。
一、2017年各项工作任务的完成情况
截止到12月份共完成以下培训项目
1、沿海三等/本港船员职务晋升培训，培训学员****人次，通过率达到91%；
2、 3期GMDSS证培训，培训学员***人次，通过率达到54%；
3、 合格证培训53期/次，培训学生3172人次，通过率达到91%。
初步完成了学院2017年船员培训教学计划。并同时加强和各合作单位的密切合作,与长海海汇客运公司、獐子岛海运公司、营口拖轮公司、大连装备制造职业技术学院、大连海事大学成教学院等单位、院校培训协议,培训项目涉及学生三管/三副、GMDSS证和沿海三等/本港、合格证、客船证等相关项目培训。在船员培训中心与各系部的共同努力下，圆满完成了以上各项培训任务,实现了经济效益和社会效益双丰收,同时扩大了学院的知名度和社会影响力，并顺利完成了各阶段的任务目标。
二、中心及本人今后努力的方向
1、加强员工思想和作风建设，强化执行力，提高工作效率。
2、加强经营管理，细化工作流程，完善制度和办法，按章办事。
3、创新培训模式，坚持理论培训，模拟、实操培训相结合，进一步提高培训质量。
4、自己要不断学习，提高自己的政策理论水平，提高自己的经营管理水平和解决实际问题的能力。
三、2018年船员培训中心工作思路
为了更好的服务船员，抓住机遇、谋求更好的发展，再创培训新高。在2018年，我部主要任务及工作重点放在新的合格证知识更新及适任证书再有效和适任证书培训、海乘套班、机工水手等项目上,切实扎实地落实内涵建设、全员育人工作。我们将吸取以往经验，保持发挥已有的良好工作状态和部门执行模式，在不足和欠缺的问题上加强管理和培训强度。在维持现部门目标不变的情况下，争取更上一个台阶。
