In the process of the construction, we explored the “completed sets of technology research and application of offshore wind turbine installation” theory, which has been subject to the appraisal of China Water transportation Construction Association. After the evaluation, the association identifies that some of our products lead the world.
During the construction, there was an episode. ten days before the super typhoon “tiange” struck, Mr Dong Jie—manger of the project, accurately predicted that the typhoon would pass through the construction area of the project, according to his many years experience in offshore operations. Therefore, he quickly took measures and avoided asset losses successfully.

The project also refreshed the record of wind turbine installation twice. The first time was on June 10, 2017 when The first two wind turbines was installed within 17 hours. （二）主题要鲜明
一篇演讲稿要有个主题，即有一个中心，一个明确的观点，主张什么，讲什么道理要清清楚楚。主题鲜明，可以使中心突出，使听众得到深刻印象。
列宁的演讲稿《什么是苏维埃政权报，灌制唱片时由于当时的技术原因，只限于三分钟，即留声片的一面。列宁紧紧围绕主题展开演讲，把世界上第一个劳动人民政权的实质、科学定义、职能以及它在全世界获得胜利的原因，讲得十分透彻、深刻。四个自然段浑然一体，把深奥的革命道理讲得清清楚楚，具有惊人的说服力，唤起了广大革命群众起来革命。
（三）例证要动人
要使主题鲜明，必须紧紧围绕主题，以动人的事例说明道理，给听众留下深刻印象。李燕杰在演讲中选用古代仁人志士的例子，他认为“一定要感动自己，如果没有使我受感动的，我绝不讲；选用当代先进人物事变的例子，我没有接触过的，我基本上不说，这样，演讲时才能生动感人”。
（四）感情要深厚
为打动人、感染人，要有深厚感情，列宁强调以深厚感情激励群众。感情来自爱憎分明的信念，没有强烈的热爱祖国、热家人民的信念，感情是表达不出来的。写演讲稿还必须在表达上注意感情色彩、将叙事、说理与抒情相结合。在一篇演讲稿中，对长征路上红军战士的流血牺牲是这样描述的：
在艰难的跋涉中，死亡越来越多，尸体一路不断，后边的人无需向导，顺着络绎不绝的尸体，就可以准确地找到行军路线。
字里行间对革命先烈，前赴后继地崇高精神，表现出由衷的赞叹。
演讲中既有冷静的分析，寓有哲理的概括；又有热情的鼓动感人的抒情；既有所怒，又有所喜；既有所憎，又有所爱。用深厚的感情打动群众。
（五）结构要清晰、完整、迭宕、灵活
把演罪稿组织得既清晰、完整又迭宕、灵活是颇费心思的。
1．清晰
清晰就是层次条理要清楚，演讲若不注意层次，就会使听众难于把握。富有层次的条理清晰的表达，会使听众同步地将思考深化。
2．完整
开头：
开头要讲出全部讲话的要领，使听众能先有所了解，还要制造一种气氛，控制在听众的情绪。演讲稿的开头方法有设差别法，感叹法，爆炸法，谈心法。
闻一多的《最后一次讲演》第一段，既有设问又有感叹，表现了闻一多鲜明的政治态度和强烈的愤慨。
1940年11月马寅初先生在重庆讲《战时经济问题》时，刚跨上讲台，劈头就说：“兄弟今天把儿子女儿都带来了，我今天的讲话，就算给他们的一份遗嘱。”这个开场白，带有爆炸性，听众惊奇，特务害怕。

中间：
这是演讲稿的主体部分，要展开主题，必须集中于一个中心，这样可以使听众印象深刻。如：《在接受加拿大维多利亚大学荣誉法学博士仪式上宋庆龄的讲话》中间部分运用三个排比句，歌颂中加两国人民友谊：

我盼望着这一天，在佐治亚州的红土岗上奴隶的子孙和昔日奴隶主的后代象弟兄一般同坐一桌；我盼望着这一天，即使是歧视与压迫象炎日酷暑一般蒸得黑人汗水淋漓的密西西比州也会变成自由与公正的沃土。

据观测，听众听讲时的注意力，每隔5至7分钟就会有所松驰，所以每隔这么长一段时间，使演讲内容有所变化，有张有驰，有起有伏，以唤起听众兴趣，保持注意力。闻一多的《最后一次讲演》中间部分，作者指出：“反动派暗杀李先生的消息传出后，大家都很痛恨”，接着又以自己对问题的思索去启发听众：“我心里想，这些无耻东西，不知他们是怎么想，他们是什么心理状态，他们的心是怎么长的”。这是讲演中的“伏”、“驰”，然而却蕴含着更大的愤怒。下面就将语气一转，变为对国民党反动派的斥责，“其实广大的人民是打不尽的，杀不完的！”这坚定有力的语句又是一个“起”，“张”，它象一把利剑直刺反动派的要害。
4．灵活
听众感到疑惑的，要多做说明；听众不能接受的，要加强说明，听众满意的，要适可而止。会场情绪一般，可按时结束；会场情绪良好，可适当延长，会场气氛不好，可以提前结束。演讲稿能缩、能伸、随机应变，灵活调整。
（六）语言要通俗生动
演讲是艺术口语表达，陀斯妥耶夫斯基的《被侮辱与被损害的》，20万字，是口述作品。 1988年亚洲大专辩论会，海峡两岸大学生就“儒家思想可以抵御西方歪风”展开激烈论辩，双方语言都应用得得心应手，妙言隽语不断脱口而出。辩论会常驻评委谢雪华女士高度赞扬了台湾、复旦两队大学生的论辩语言，认为双方的语言修养达到了炉火纯青的境界，充分体现了华文、华语的优美，给评判团留下了非常深刻的印象。
1．通俗
演讲是给人家听的，要让人家听清楚，听明白。因此，演讲稿在语言表达上要注意用群众易懂的语言。郭沫若的《科学的春天—在全国科学大会闭幕式上的讲话》中，谈到科学需要“创造”、“幻想”这一抽象道理，是这样讲的：
科学工作者同志们，请你们不要把幻想让诗人独占了，嫦娥奔月、龙宫探宝，、《封神演义》上的许多幻想，通过科学、今天都变成了现实。让我们在无穷的宇宙长河中去探索无穷的真理吧。将抽象的道理说得通俗易懂。
2．生动
朴素：
话要讲得生动，就得少用形容词，说得朴素一点，如丘吉尔出任首相后的首次演说：“我没有什么可以奉献，有的只是热血、辛劳、眼泪和汗水。”语言朴素，造成很好的效果。 形象：
使用形象的语言来表达抽象的概念和讲道理，增加演讲的生动性，听众乐于接受而又容易理解，如鲁迅的《未有天才之前》，用婴儿啼哭的声音，说明“天才”原本是平凡的，用“泥土”说明“成才”的成长需要一定的基础。这些富有哲理的比喻，使抽象的道理通俗起来，生动起来，使人深思。
幽默：
幽默是一种含笑的轻松的讽刺，其中充溢着激情，裹藏着睿智。如生活中有些人怕老婆，对此，文人们称之为“惧内”，颇为幽默，群众称之为“气管炎”（妻管严），更加逗趣，充满生活气息。这就是幽默，但又何偿不是一种含笑的轻松的讽刺呢。
警句：
警句：是包含哲理、警策动人的语句，许多成功的演讲，在语言表达上注重运用警句来加深说理和鼓舞斗志：“横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛，”“从喷泉里出来的都是水，从血管里出来的都是血。”这些警句的运用。都会起画龙点睛的作用。
